Returns the value at exactly N quarters back from the most recent quarter. Used to fetch same-quarter-prior-year data for YoY comparisons.

Useful for year-over-year comparisons with proper quarterly alignment (Q3 this year vs Q3 last year), which removes seasonality that a quarter-over-quarter comparison would show.
